Service Description

We can remote in to your laptop/desktop and determine the problem. The computer needs a strong internet connection preferably a local area network connection.There is an initial $20 diagnostic charge to determine the problem and will be factory into final bill if services rendered. We do not charge by the hour for any services rendered only flat rates no matter how long issue takes or FREE if unsuccessful in fixing problem.
