A.If you are looking to save money the best thing to do is buy computers with warranties and if you build a computer make sure all parts have warranties. The most important thing is to buy everything at once to get a good deal.

A.Custom PC building, performance tuning, hardware installation and upgrades, software installation and upgrades, OS upgrades and reinstalls, virus removal, data recovery and back-up services, monthly computer maintenance, troubleshooting, basic computer training, hardware installation (hard drives, video cards, memory, etc), laptop/notebook screen replacement, laptop/notebook service & repair, network setup & support, motherboard replacements and keyboard replacement.

A. Our computer technicians all A+ certified to ensure you will receive the professional service that you deserve. We perform onsite and in-house repairs of computer equipment.

A. That we are self-service representatives and we carry all the tools to complete the job. Most jobs are completed the same day because we do not need third party services as other local companies do.

A. I spend a portion of the workday advertising this business. I also spend time networking with individuals in the computer industry, attending trade shows and placing ads in online and print publications.

A. How Much do you Charge per Hour?

Answer: We do not charge by the hour.

Who are you and what do you do?

Answer: We're a group of nerds who have banded together to put an end to the computer problems that have been plaguing our neighborhoods for years.

Can you evaluate my problem over the phone?

Answer: In most instances yes, we can pinpoint most problems just by talking with you on the phone. This will determine the flat-fee service to solve the problem or provide remote support.

What if it takes longer than the estimated time?

Answer: We'll apologize for keeping you waiting. If you present us with such a challenge, we'll be happy to learn how to work through it at no extra charge. We thrive to make this painless as possible

Can I watch over your shoulder as you work?

Answer: Yes, please do! We strongly feel that part of our service should be explaining how things went wrong, what we're doing to fix it, and what you can do to prevent future problems. This is much harder to do if you're not there with us!

Will you need to take my computer offsite?

Answer: There's almost nothing we can do at our office that we can't do right in your home, so we very rarely ever have to take hardware offsite.

Q.How did you get started?

A. Our owner went to Tulsa Technology Center for two years and have certifications in Computer Network Technology and Network System Administration.

Q.How many projects do you average in a year?

A.50 custom build computers every year. All the computers we build are very unique and fit the customer's needs.

A. In addition, we offer a 6-month warranty on all repairs, $20 off your next service with a solid referral, 10% off for teachers and students for the first service call, $10 off all invoices for non-profit organizations.
